Virginia Quarterly Review

Virginia Quarterly Review is a national journal of literature and fine writing. The Journal seeks poetry (all types and length); short fiction (2K8K words); and nonfiction (35009K words). The editors publish literary, art, and cultural criticism; reportage; historical and political analysis; and travel essays. Payment: $200 per poem; $1,000/short fiction story; 25 cents/word for prose; and $500 per book review.
