South Carolina Living is a lifestyle magazine published 11 times a year for the member-owners of South Carolina’s not-for-profit electric cooperatives. Features alternate between pocketbook energy issues and travel/lifestyle/general-interest topics. The editors are looking for a mix of “great read” features and solid service journalism. Almost any topic goes, so long as it has statewide interest and great art potential. Length: 1,500 to 3,000 words. Payment: $450/article.
