Proceedings Magazine

Proceedings, the flagship magazine of the U.S. Naval Institute, aims to stimulate, illuminate, provoke, and, when appropriate, entertain. Each monthly issue includes articles from military professionals and civilian experts on current issues, lively reader commentary, interviews with military leaders and strategists from the United States and abroad, historical essays, book reviews, and full-color photography. Word length: up to 3000 words per feature article. Payment: fees vary, from $60-$150 per page. The magazine pays on publication.
