Canadian Newcomer Magazine is a digital magazine offering how-to information for new immigrants. The editor welcomes freelance submissions of stories, photos, illustrations, puzzles, quizzes and cartoons. Payment: starts at 10 cents/word for articles. Cover photographers are paid at a flat rate of $200 per image. Interior photographers and illustrators are paid at a negotiable rate of $50 per image.
