America magazine

America is a responsive and informative weekly magazine published by Jesuits for the well-informed reader who values independent thinking. Each issue contains timely and thought-provoking articles written by prestigious writers and theologians, and incisive book, film or art reviews. Articles should be about 1,500, but definitely not more than 2,000 words. Submissions to “Faith in Focus,” a first-person account of a faith experience, should be no more than 900 words. “Of Other Things,” a short commentary on current social or political questions, should also not exceed 900 words. Payment: $50-300 per article.
