http://thenudewall.com October 15, 2009 CALL FOR PATTERN VERSUS RANDOM THEMED ART CALADAN GALLERY presents a juried
exhibition entitled "Geometric Sequence: Random or Otherwise". The origin of patterning comes from nature; it exists within construction, of environments that include this natural world, as well as the world invented by us. Is this the creation of a secondary realm, a mere copy of the natural
world? Or is it a transformation of that which already exists? One aspect of this Call to Artists is to answer this question. Another aspect is the examination of geometry and its sequence purely on an aesthetic level. We see geometric patterning everywhere around us. We are searching for artwork
built upon these layers of sequence. We have been extremely fortunate to be creating an exciting, diverse, and active meeting place for artists and viewers alike, in a warm and positive virtual atmosphere since 2003. All mediums except video are eligible. Contact: Caladan Gallery, Box 391939,
